Most Appalling massage experience (Let’s Relax – Bangkok Siam Square)

This is the worst massage experience I ever had.1/6/2019 at around 2:50pm, we, a group of 4, went to the 6/F of Siam squareLet’s Relax.
We were booked around halfa month ago beforehand and paid in advance, it should be well prepared by theshop.
We waited for about 15 minutes (Ithink they were calling the masseuses at this time), then we followed them tothe foot massage lounge, when those masseuses came, I was surprisingly assignedwith a masseur. I immediately asked if the masseur was only doing my footmassage, I still have a 120 minutes whole body Thai massage followed.
The answer the staff gave me was: all themasseuse are booked, cannot change, she even said you have clothes on for Thaimassage!!!!!! As I was quite confusing at the time, so I decided to go on withthe foot massage first.


At the same time, around 5 minutes later, 2 malecustomers went in with 2 masseuses assigned!

While I was doing my foot massage, when the masseurusing his both hands pressing my upper thigh, I felt embarrassing, so I decidedif they didn’t give me a masseuse instead, I would not do my whole-bodymassage.

After the foot massage, we returned to thereception and asked them to give me a masseuse, they rejected.
The staff’s approach is they don’t reallycare about you as a customer.
So, I gaveup this body massage.
At this time, thestaff in the reception picked up a calculator and press 1500 Baht (45 minutesfoot massage + 120 minutes full body massage) minus 450 Baht (45 minutes footmassage), they will have returned us 1050 Baht. Upon this moment, they didn’teven say a word about not returning money!


I was compelled to walk around for 2 hours to waitfor my friends under the hot weather.
2hours later, the most appalling things happened.
This arrogant staff, namely Sarah (the nameshe told me, not sure whether this is a real name), she told us that theycannot return 1050 Baht in turns of money, they could only give us theirproducts.
This was a scam.
She kept on saying that this is the company’spolicy and we had signed the agreement etc etc.
We were pissed, we tear apart the so-called agreement!
This Sarah even threaten us to call thepolice, then turned around and picked up the phone.
Her bad attitude made us crazy, we were notdreading a bit even police came.
A fewminutes later, this Sarah came back and repeated that they were not returningmoney to us (Where is the police??), she even blamed us for bad manner.
I asked her again, if she really think thatthis is not a problem for a masseur to do a full body massage for a femalecustomer (involve so many body touches and even they need to put the hot herbalball underneath your clothes), she gave me a overweening attitude and said,this is normal.
I asked her to give me aname card, she said no.
I asked her togive me her name, she said at first that this is the company’s policy of notgiving out names.
I asked her again, shethen was reluctant to give me her name “Sarah”.


This is all about her bad attitude.
The war started at the time she said shewould call the police.
As we had alreadypaid, they just didn’t care about.
Theydidn’t arrange well, but then blamed for the customer to give them trouble, oreven threaten us to call the police.
Wejust didn’t wanna paid for the service we didn’t have, is that wrong?
We were severe discontented with thisaudacity, unapologetic, mismanagement and lack of professionalism behavior.
We finally were reluctantly to take two boxesof shower gel instead (they promised to give us 20% discount for this product,well at the end, they said no, no wonder, another lie)


We did 3 massages in these 4 days trip.
2 of them were in Let’s Relax (differentshop).
This was an absolutely appallingand outrageous experience that ruined our trip and left us utterly upset.
We will definitely make an officialcomplaint.
